Make it yourself

Step 1
Draw dangerous situations on the left side of your large cardboard
- F.ex.: fire, nails on the floor, electrical short circuit, ...

Step 2
Draw mitigating actions for the dangerous situations on the right side of the cardboard.

Step 3
Now draw a maze between the dangers and the solutions.
- Each line from a danger to a solution, passes by an action symbol. Draw these as well.
- Each dangerous situations has a specific symbol (f.ex.: pink dot, blue square,...)
- Make sure you draw the corresponding symbol next to the mitigating action as well.

Step 4
Cut out closing doors for the mitigating actions
- Stick the closing doors on the large cardboard to cover the symbols next to the mitigating actions.

A step-by-step guide to play the game

Choose a dangerous situation and enter the maze from this point.

When you reach a circle (can be an action or decision), do what the circles ask you to do.
- F.ex. in case you chose fire as your dangerous situation, the circle could be: stay low to the ground, because there is more oxygen over there.

If you reach an intersection, then you will have to solve a question.
- F.ex. Is it a good idea to throw water on the fire? Based on your answer you will have to go one way or the other.

At the end you reach the right side of the panel, where you will find the correct mitigating action. You can check if you were correct by opening the small doors at the right side of the mitigating action and see if the symbol corresponds to the one of the dangerous situation.
Extra game information
- On the left side you see dangerous situations f.ex. fire, walking barefoot through sharp objects... , all marked with a unique symbol.
- On the right side you see mitigating actions with closed doors. Behind the doors you find the corresponding symbols to the dangerous situations.
- In between you see a maze. While passing through the maze you will have to make some choices and solve questions, which will decide the direction you take (circles and intersections).
