A step-by-step guide to play the game

1

Gather a group of players in front of the board and have a look at the different emotions. Check if the players can identify the different emotions, and ask briefly if they perceive them as positive, neutral or negative.

2

If the emotions are identified, ask a player to open a door with a situation. For example: being locked up.

3

Then ask the player to continue with the rotation disc and to put the arrow on a corresponding emotion. For example: angry.

4

Start a discussion with the player and the group why this emotion is linked to the situation.

5

The game ends when all the situations are discussed.
