A step-by-step guide to play the game

2 spelers staan / zitten / liggen tegenover elkaar met 1 hand op de rug.

De spelers tellen samen af: "3.. 2.. 1".

De spelers halen hun hand tevoorschijn met ofwel:
- 2 vingers in de lucht = schaar;
- de vuist gebald = steen;
- de hand vlak = papier;
Schaar wint van papier (papier wordt geknipt), maar verliest van steen (maakt de schaar bot).
Steen wint van schaar, maar verliest van papier (papier omwikkeld de steen).
Papier wint van steen, maar verliest van schaar.
Als beide spelers dezelfde hand tonen, wint of verliest er niemand. Speel dan opnieuw.

Blijf de vorige stappen herhalen tot je het spelletje beu bent.
