Ο συντονιστής χωρίζει τα παιδιά σε ομάδες τεσσάρων ατόμων.

Τα παιδιά κάθονται στο έδαφος κυκλικά και πρέπει να σηκωθούν όρθια χωρίς να χαθούν τα σημεία επαφής με τους διπλανούς τους.

Δεν πρέπει να γονατίσουν για να σηκωθούν παρά μόνο κρατώντας χέρια και ακουμπώντας παπούτσι με παπούτσι.

Η προσπάθεια της κάθε ομάδας χρονομετρείται , προσπαθώντας στη συνέχεια να βελτιώσουν το χρόνο τους.

Τέλος, ο συντονιστής συζητάει με τα παιδιά τυχόν θέματα που προκύπτουν.
