Paso 1
Print the rotation disc
Print the rotation disc template attached. Make sure it is printed in full size, or it is scaled the same way as the panel you will use it with.

Paso 2
Cut out the rotation disc and make holes
Cut out the red disc and cut or pinch out the white holes so that answers will be visible through the holes of the rotation disc.

Paso 3
Attach the rotation disc to the panel
Attach the disc to a panel with a split pin. Make sure the arrow is visible. You can now see the answers through the white holes while spinning the rotation disc!

One of the players spins the disc to select a movement.

Write down the movement on the blackboard and perform it together.

The same player spins the disc a second time to determine how many times that particular movement has to be done. Write the number next to the movement on the blackboard.

Then, the next player turns the disc twice as well: to determine a movement and the number of times it has to be done, etc.

Repeat this process a number of times, depending on how difficult you want to make it.

Once the series of movements has been determined, practise the choreography with the whole group and perform a little show.

MOVEMENT B1
The panel depicts pictures of specific movements outside the circle and shadows of specific movements inside the circle.
Variaciones
- Create instruments with the players from recycled materials and come up with a beat together. One group can play the beat, while the other group performs the dance and vice versa.
- Shadows: Follow the general method of the rotation disc as shown in the video attached. The players look for the shadows that match the pictures outside of the circle.
