The players form two lines facing each other.

They raise both arms in front of them to shoulder height and make sure their hands overlap slightly with the hands of the player opposite them. This way, each pair of players creates one part of the wall of hands.

Player 1 stands a few metres from the wall of hands, facing it.

Player 1 now needs to run through the wall of hands as quickly as he can (and dares!) without stopping. All other players lift their hands (in pairs) just before player 1 gets there, so he doesn't run into the "wall".

Now player 2 runs through the wall of hands etc.
