A step-by-step guide to play the game

One of the players spins the bottle or rolls the dice.

Write down the movement and perform it together.

The same player spins the bottle or rolls the dice a second time to determine how many times that particular movement has to be done. Write the number next to the movement.

Then, the next player spins the bottle or rolls the dice twice as well: to determine a movement and the number of times it has to be done.

Repeat this process a number of times, depending on how difficult you want to make it.

Once the series of movements has been determined, practise the choreography with the whole group and perform a little show.

Variations

  • Create instruments with the players from recycled materials and come up with a beat together. One group can play the beat, while the other group performs the dance and vice versa.
