A step-by-step guide to play the game

1

Choose Starting Player

Use rock-paper-scissors or let the youngest start.

2

Flip Two Covers

Player A opens two covers.

If they DO NOT match:

  • Close both covers.
  • Player B takes their turn.

If they MATCH:

  • Player A spins the wheel.
  • The wheel determines repetitions or seconds.
  • Player B performs the exercise.
  • If completed correctly, Player A plays again.

Example:

Player A finds “Jumping Jacks” pair → spins wheel → lands on 20 → Player B performs 20 jumping jacks.

Important Rule:

If the exercise is not completed properly, the match does not count and the covers are closed again.

3

The game ends when all pairs are found.
