Alle deelnemers zitten samen rond een tafel.

De spelleider roept een commando. De deelnemers voeren dit uit met hun handen op de tafel.

Wie een opdracht fout uitvoert valt af en ligt uit het spel.
Indien de spelleider het woord commando weglaat mag de opdracht niet uitgevoerd worden en blijven de handen in de laatste positie liggen. Ook wie hier fout reageert valt af en ligt uit het spel.

Het spel bestaat uit 4 commando's:
- "commando pinkelen": vingers tokkelen op tafel
- "commando hol": hand met de rug naar onder op de tafel
- "commando bol": hand met de vingertoppen en pols op de tafel
- "commando plat": hand plat op de tafel
Variations
- De spelleider zegt de commando's sneller na elkaar.
- De spelleider doet mee, maar voert zelf verkeerde handelingen uit om de andere deelnemers te verwarren.
