Ο παιδαγωγός ξεκινάει κρατώντας την άκρη του κουβαριού, συστήνεται στην ομάδα και πετάει το κουβάρι τυχαία σε ένα παιδί.

Το παιδί λέει το όνομα του και πετάει το κουβάρι σε κάποιο άλλο παιδί.

Η διαδικασία συνεχίζεται με τυχαία σειρά μέχρι να περάσει το κουβάρι από όλα τα παιδιά και να συστηθούν.

Με αυτόν τον τρόπο σχηματίζεται ένα μοναδικό σχέδιο το οποίο η ομάδα τοποθετεί στο πάτωμα.
Variations
Μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και άλλα υλικά όπως σχοινί, σπάγγος κλπ.
