Step 1

Plan your day board

Create the board by adding clocks to the board to allow children to indicate the time. The different zones on the board depict different times of the time during which certain activities take place (f.ex. wake up, breakfast, cleaning, etc ...)

Good job!

A step-by-step guide to play the game

1

Ask one of the children to come forward and move the arrow of the wheel to the first zone. The question here is: what time do you wake up in the morning? Ask the children to adjust the time accordingly.

2

Then go on to zone number 2. Here it's about personal hygiene. Ask the children what they do right after waking up. Maybe they take a shower, brush their teeth etc ...

3

Then continue with the other zones of the board and ask the child about his/her routine. Possible zones can be: going to school, attending school, going back home, doing home work, free time, going to sleep ... Ask for all these zones extra questions on which habits or routines the children have and what they like/dislike about them.
