Priemro seo organiza dos grupos, niños pequeños y niños grandes, asi los niños grandes haran lo mismo que los niños pequeños y viceversa, esto incluye movimiento, postura y actitud.

Tenemos que imitar a los animales y hacer el sonido de que animal nos toco, se hace girar el disco rota y se camina en circulos por el parque, alrededor de la escuela movil o por las bancas con los movimientos que nos indica el disco rota.
Variations
se puede variar en cuanto a los niveles sobre rapido, lento o normal.

Crear lazos de confianza entre los participantes, hacerles perder el miedo a realizar movimientos que parescan absurdos pero les llene de confianza y alegria
