A step-by-step guide to play the game

1

Each player will be given a role / tag to wear on his head (alcoholic, manager, stoner, person with motor impairments, casualty, obese, etc.) and will not be allowed to look at it.

2

Participants interact as if they were at a party, socializing, behaving with others according to the role placed on their head.

3

At least two observers will be appointed.

They will not intervene to give additional directions unless the participants need help.

4

The game will end when the players realize what is written on the tag on their head.

At the end, the group meets for a discussion starting from the following questions:

- How did you feel when you were treated by others .... (according to the label / role played)?

- How did you feel when you played the role?

- How can stereotypes affect people?

- How can we change preconceived ideas / stereotypes?
