Everything you need to play this game

  • Game board with racetrack
  • Spinner (or bottle)
  • Vehicle part cards or pieces
  • Plane parts
  • Car parts
  • Bike parts
  • Mini-game materials (rope, tic-tac-toe grid, etc.)

A step-by-step guide to play the game

1

Divide participants into two or three teams. Teams can consist of one player or multiple players working together.

2

Each team places its marker on the starting position. Instead of rolling a dice, players spin a bottle or spinner to determine their movement speed.

3

Teams move forward according to the number indicated by the spinner. Along the track, players may encounter special spaces, bonuses and mini-games.

4

Three important checkpoints are marked on the track. Each time a team reaches one of these checkpoints, they may collect a vehicle part. These parts are used to gradually build a complete vehicle.

5

Players can choose between different vehicles:

Plane

The fastest vehicle. Parts may include wings, body sections and other aircraft components.

Car

A medium-speed vehicle with several components that improve performance.

Bike

The slowest vehicle, but often the easiest to complete.

6

Each vehicle part provides additional speed points. When players spin the bottle, they add the bonus speed from their collected vehicle parts to the number shown on the spinner. The more complete the vehicle becomes, the faster the team can travel.

7

Throughout the track, teams may land on mini-game spaces.

Examples include:

  • Rock, Paper, Scissors
  • Tic-Tac-Toe
  • Rope skipping
  • Other locally adapted challenges

Winning a mini-game rewards the team with an extra spin and additional movement.

8

Some spaces may provide advantages or disadvantages:

  • Move forward
  • Move backward
  • Receive a boost
  • Lose progress

Facilitators are encouraged to create their own variations.

9

The first team to reach the finish line wins the race and becomes the champion builder.
