A step-by-step guide to play the game

Ask all players to walk around.

When the game leader shouts "people to people", all players need to pair up as quickly as possible.

The game leader then shouts out a series of actions, which the pairs of players have to carry out as quickly as possible, e.g.: "knee to knee", "hip to hip", "nose to nose", ...

When the game leader shouts "people to people", all players need to pair up with someone else as quickly as possible.

The players now carry out the assignments given by the game leader with their new partner: e.g. "nose to ear", "elbow to knee", "foot to hand".

The game ends after a couple of rounds, when the group is energised.

If you use this energiser as an introduction to the topic of sexuality in general or boundaries more specifically, reflect on the game with the players by asking questions such as:

Did you carry out all the assignments? Why (not)?
Did you feel uncomfortable at some point? If so, were you able to communicate this? How? Was it difficult?
Did you pay attention to your partner in the game? Did he/she always feel comfortable with the assignments. How could you tell?
